Join us at the library to kick off the merriest month of all! Horse drawn carriage rides will be provided throughout town. Enjoy hot cocoa, popcorn, cookies, crafts and more! As usual, we will have our annual basket raffle where you can purchase raffle tickets for $1 each or 6 for $5. We look forward to sharing in the holiday spirit with you!
