Minutes

Call to Order (7:04 PM)

● Attendance - Present: Roger McCollum, Rene McCollum, Jennifer Garden, Amy McGuire, Jordyn Stevens and Janet Clark - Library Director. Absent: Megan Harding

● Determination of Quorum: Yes Community Concerns - NONE Guests - NONE

Approval of Minutes

● Jordyn Stevens moves to approve the meeting minutes from October 14, 2025 with an amendment regarding the question pertaining to the balance sheet. An overpayment to taxes was received and put back into the line item so the balance sheet didn’t match the bank. Jennifer Garden seconds. All Trustees vote aye. Motion passes.

Approval of Financial Reports

● Jennifer Garden moves to approve the August 2025 financial report. Amy McGuire seconds. All Trustees vote aye. Motion passes.

● Rene McCollum moves to approve the October 2025 financial report. Amy McGuire seconds. All Trustees vote aye. Motion passes.

Director’s Report - Director’s Report was reviewed.

● Janet Clark did receive some donations to apply to the cost of the horse drawn carriage at the Open House on December 5th, 2025.

Old Business - None

New Business -  

● It was decided that the library should be closed Wednesday, December 24, 2025 through Thursday, January 1, 2026.
